What are your typical delivery timescales within the UK?
As we focus exclusively on the UK market, we offer rapid logistics. Most orders are processed and delivered within 2–4 working days. Express next-day delivery options are also available for urgent pharmaceutical requirements.
How do you handle my GP and my current prescriptions?
We use the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). Once you nominate Silk Root as your chosen pharmacy, your GP will send your prescriptions to us automatically. You don’t need to visit the surgery to collect paper forms.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
